NICK DRIDAN
ASSOCIATED ARTIST

Nick Dridan lives on a farm in Central Victoria. These works continue his interest into motifs and themes of his immediate surroundings. They are based on direct observation, memory and imagination. He enjoys the play of tone, shape, colour and other design elements that can be found around him. Sometimes narrative can be felt in his work, but his primary concern is for the immediate visual play of design elements in the picture. He has a preference for a more open ended feeling, rather than a concrete story.
